Every submission is carefully reviewed by the SAFAI team, and only tracks that meet our quality standards are selected for release.

Please be aware that an email may be considered a legally binding contract if it shows clear evidence of an offer, acceptance, and agreement on essential terms. For an email to have contractual force, it must:

Identify the parties involved in the agreement.

Contain a clear offer (what is being promised or exchanged).

Show acceptance of that offer without ambiguity.

Demonstrate consideration (something of value exchanged by both sides).

Indicate intention of the parties to create legal relations.
If these conditions are met, courts in many jurisdictions may treat the email correspondence as a valid and enforceable contract.

Submitting Your AI-Generated Music to SAFAI
SAFAI welcomes all creators of AI-assisted music, whether they are SAFAI partners or not.
To submit your work for review, please send an email to office@smokeandamber.com, attach your audio file, and clearly state your intention to publish the song under the SAFAI Label.
Only AI generated music shall be accepted, make sure to specify this aspect in your email.
Upon receiving your submission, the SAFAI Committee will reply with the banking details for payment as follows:

20 Euros for each track
⚠️ Please note: fees are non-refundable, therefore we strongly encourage you to ensure the quality of your production before submitting.
Each submission will be carefully reviewed by the SAFAI Committee, taking into account both the melodic line and the lyrics. If the standards are met, the work will be officially accepted via email.
Submission guidelines:

Only English, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Romanian lyrics are accepted.

Content must remain within the boundaries of decency; inappropriate or offensive material will not be approved.
By following these steps, creators have the opportunity to showcase their AI-generated music under the SAFAI label and reach a global audience.
Publishing Your AI-Generated Music to major music platforms
Publication Fees and Distribution
Once a submission has been accepted by the SAFAI Committee, the applicant is required to pay a publication fee to cover distribution costs:

The payment system is the same to the one described above and is involving the Label office email.
All accepted productions will be distributed to 63 major music platforms, including Spotify, iTunes, YouTube Music, Shazam, Apple Music, and many more.
Please note:

The publication process may take up to two months, depending on the workload of the SAFAI label.

SAFAI can distribute a maximum of 20 tracks per week.
-
Once your track has been successfully published, you will be notified by email.
Through this process, SAFAI ensures that every approved song reaches a global audience across the most important streaming and music distribution channels.
Optional Music Video Production
After a track has been successfully published or even for any tracks you wish, applicants may choose to request the creation of a music video to be released on the official SAFAI YouTube channel in the same way as above via email.
The video will be produced by our technical and creative staff, featuring:

An AI-generated character performing the song

Atmospheric video sequences to enhance the mood
-
HD resolution quality
-
Subtitles (available only for productions with English lyrics)
These fees cover the specialized work of our graphic design and creative team and are set as follows:

100 Euros for each track

The payment system is the same to the one described above and is involving the Label office email.
Once completed, the video will be published on the official SAFAI YouTube channel (and sent to you with a Google Driver link valid for 7 days), ensuring global visibility for your music under the SAFAI label. The aplicand shall be informed via email with the link for download attaced.
Revenue Sharing for Successful Productions
If a published production under SAFAI Label proves to be successful and generates revenues exceeding 350 Euros (roughly 120.000 streams), the SAFAI Committee will approve reimbursement to the applicant under the Indie system. In this system:

50% of the total revenue will be retained by the SAFAI Foundation to support and further develop its specific initiatives.

The remaining 50% will be transferred to the creator of the work.
In such a fortunate circumstance, the creator will be notified via email and will be asked to:

Sign a formal contract with the SAFAI Label.

Provide their bank account details for payment processing.
This ensures that creators who achieve notable success with their productions receive fair recognition and financial reward, while also contributing to the growth of the SAFAI community.

By downloading 20 songs from our collection, you will receive an official SAFAI Foundation Partner Certificate. Your support directly contributes to the growth and development of our project, helping us bring innovation and creativity to the world of AI-generated music.
The songs you download can be freely used as inspiration for your own artistic works, whether musical, visual, or conceptual. As a partner, you join a growing community dedicated to exploring new creative horizons with AI.
